Artwork

-   We receive your product artwork.

-   We check whether it is prepared correclty.

-   If need be, we introduce some technical changes and inform you about them.

-   We prepare a file with the final version for you to confirm. 

 

Printing

-   Your design is sent to the printing house.

-   Printing is usually done using offset  printing machine:  KBA Rapida 74.

-   We check whether the printouts are faithfull to the design confirmed by you.

 

Production

-   We join the printouts with magnetic foil and prepare first units of the product.

-   We check the quality: resistance to rapture, the correctness of the shape and cutting line.

-   We continue for the batch manufacturing.

 

Packing

-   During packing the quality of each product is checked once more.

-   Upon your wish, all of our  gadgets may be packed individually or in groups , by hand or by machinery.

-   We ship the final products in bulk boxes or pallets, depending on the volume of the order and your individual needs.

 

Shipment

-   We use reliable transport and courier companies, such as: GLS, DHL, DACHSER.

-   You can monitor your packages throuh the online tracking services of these companies.
